Hello my friend, I am a firm believe that one can not have to much knowledge. Technology changes everyday. We have to stay on top of it which means learning all that we can about it.

The word of God can never be read or studied to much. Every time you read the Bible, God shows you something new. I have learned of this just recently. I have read the Bible over and over yet, each time I do, something new is pointed out to me.

To mean learning all I can about God's word will be an never ending process. One in which I will enjoy until I go home to be with Him.

Thanks for your comment. Yeah, "like a hair in the throat" is a pretty gross thought. Miserly is the word the NLT Commentary uses. Being insincere and unconcerned about others is part of being a miser, right?

Another warning in Proverbs about relationships that lack integrity...another good point. Blessings!

That verse about misers is an interesting one. I understand v.7 reads, "For it is like a hair in the throat." Pretty gross thought. I think the idea is that the people are insincere and unconcerned about the well-being of their guests. Another warning in Proverbs about relationships that lack integrity.
